Upper

The upper of the ASICS GEL-Kayano 28 is made from a lightweight and breathable mesh material to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout your work-out.
At the same time, the upper is designed with a 3D SPACE construction to improve the compression and the grip around your foot to offer you an even more secure running experience.
The heel cap of the Kayano 28 has also been improved to keep your feet more stable and offer a more comfortable rolling action of the foot.

Midsole

The 28th edition of the Kayano now has a new midsole material, the FF BLAST, to offer you a softer experience and greater shock-absorption, compared to earlier editions. This is where the GEL technology around the heel and forefoot helps to offer a great shock-absorption.
Also, the DYNAMIC DUOMAX technology helps to reduce overpronation.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made with ASICS’ AHAR technology which is a durable rubber material to extend the durability of the shoe. At the same time, the material ensures great traction for the best grip on various types of surfaces.
