Upper

The waterproof GoreTex upper protects you from water penetrating to keep your feet dry and comfortable. At the same time, this shoe is produced with a soft, enclosing elastic tongue providing additional comfort and max. freedom of motion as your feet are better locked in. 

Midsole

La Sportiva Jackal midsole is engineered with an innovative EVA-midsole with internal cushioning pads which ensure great shock absorption and lots of return energy thanks to the Infinitoo Technology. The front element of the midsole improves the cushioning while the rear contributes to stabilizing your run. The midsole is also designed with an EVA rock plate with a high density to protect your feet against impact from rocks, roots, etc.. 

Outsole

The outsole is designed in Frixion Red with flex grooves which contribute to improve the curve and flexibility of the sole. This provides a more natural gait as it is easier to move your feet.
